Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for assisting in the coordination of all sales efforts for the Alternative Investments platform and all strategies regarding clients. Key responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert, educating an audience on the different solutions and best practices with implementations or portfolio construction. Job expectations include being proactive in scheduling meetings within respective territories, being resourceful, partnering with field based specialists, and coordinating third party wholesalers or regional events and roadshows.Responsibilities:Assists in coordination of third party wholesalers and regional events with fund managers to educate advisors and clients on strategies and productsActs in proactive manner when it comes to scheduling meetings and providing strategic and subject matter expertise support to advisorsOperates as subject matter expert on alternative investments and the platforms and strategies that are providedUtilizes networking skills to maintain and build new trusted partnerships with advisors in the territoryPartners with field based specialists as well as other support partners across business acting as the dedicated home-office based resource covering a territoryActs as a subject-matter expert, owning the end-to-end Advisor and client experience, educating a wide audience across the value proposition of AI, the different types of solutions available, the best practices with implementation and portfolio construction, as well as ongoing fund updates and reviewsResponsible for being proactive in scheduling meetings within respective territories, being resourceful with inbound inquiries and being reliable in helping support service related inquiriesBroadens the base of AI Users by maintaining and building new trusted partnerships with Advisors in the territoryPartners with field-based & home office Alternative Investments Specialists, working closely as a dedicated home-office based resource in covering territoryCoordinates the efforts of third party wholesalers/resources within the respective territoryRequired Qualifications:2-5 years+ experience in financial servicesAbility to explain complex concepts clearly and simplyAbility to make presentations effectivelyHighly motivated and organizedKnowledge of alternative investmentsUnderstanding of the wealth management industry Team player with the ability to work effectively in a team or independentlyAbility to represent the firm professionally with internal and external contactsSeries 7, Series 66, and SIE licenses are preferred at the time of hire; otherwise, candidates must be able to obtain them within 120 days of hire.Desired Qualifications:Experience with alternative investmentsCompletion of or progress toward CFA/CAIA Skills:Client ManagementClient Solutions AdvisoryCustomer and Client FocusPipeline ManagementRelationship BuildingCollaborationPresentation SkillsProspectingReferral ManagementWealth PlanningReferral IdentificationMinimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalentInternal employees who are currently working from home are still eligible to apply.
