    What You’ll Build

    • Aluminum hulls, decks, fuel tanks, and specialty components.
    • Mission‑ready boats for emergency response, science, patrol, and passenger service.

    How We Work

    • Small crews (3–4) own the build, guided by a lead supervisor.
    • All vessel design and CNC router cutting are done in‑house using proven geometry and standardization practices.
    • Clean, safe, and well‑organized production environment with radiant floor heat.
    • Backlog exceeding two years ensures consistent, year‑round employment.

    Your Core Responsibilities

    • Execute structural aluminum welding with strong attention to appearance and integrity.
    • Fit, fabricate, and assemble hulls, decks, fuel tanks, and other critical parts.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
    • Verify precise fit‑up; apply proper welding techniques and sequencing.
    • Maintain an orderly workstation and contribute to team efficiency.

    Schedule

    Full‑time, four 10‑hour days (Monday–Thursday). Enjoy a three‑day weekend every week.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Four ten work week: Monday – Thursday with every Friday off.
    • Paid Vacation: up to 3 weeks based on time served.
