    General Thermodynamics is a leading manufacturer of heat transfer solutions serving customers across a variety of industrial markets. We are seeking a dependable and quality-focused Brazer to join our manufacturing team in Franklin, Wisconsin.

    What You'll Do

    • Assemble and prepare heat exchanger components for brazing operations.
    • Perform brazing activities in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.
    • Inspect products for accuracy and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
    • Read and follow blueprints, manufacturing drawings, and production documentation.
    • Work safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
    • Support continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives.

    What We're Looking For

    • Manufacturing, assembly, brazing, welding, or fabrication experience preferred.
    • Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and specifications.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
    • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a production environment.

    Schedule

    • Full-time: 6am - 2:30 pm
    • Overtime available based on business needs
