With hands-on coaching and cross-training, you’ll learn to master multiple stations and turn raw material into quality parts you can be proud of.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Clean and prepare molten aluminum and load subassemblies into molds.
  • Pour castings, watch the process closely, and make adjustments to keep production on track.
  • Perform in-process quality checks; measure parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Cut, clean, deburr, and grind cast components to meet spec.
  • Use basic hand tools (wrenches, drills, screwdrivers) and follow work orders precisely.
  • Maintain equipment and keep your work area safe and orderly.
  • Support production goals while following all safety protocols.

You’ll rotate and cross-train across work centers, broadening your skills and opening pathways for advancement.
