Job Requirements

• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Experience setting up and adjusting welding machines based on job specifications
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and precision
• Ability to inspect completed welds for accuracy and structural integrity
• Experience grinding, cutting, and cleaning metal to prepare materials for welding
• Ability to maintain welding equipment and ensure proper operation
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
