Job Description
Our client is seeking an Aluminum Welder to join their production team. This role is responsible for welding aluminum parts and components with precision while maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has experience with TIG and MIG welding and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelding & Fabrication
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
Set up welding equipment and select appropriate methods for each project
Perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum components
Inspect welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
Quality & Safety
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Team Collaboration
Work closely with engineering and production teams
Troubleshoot issues and assist in resolving production challenges
Qualifications
Proven experience as an aluminum welder or similar role
Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
Welding certification preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
