Job Description
Our client is seeking an Aluminum Welder to join their production team. This role is responsible for welding aluminum parts and components with precision while maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has experience with TIG and MIG welding and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Key ResponsibilitiesWelding & Fabrication

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings

  • Set up welding equipment and select appropriate methods for each project

  • Perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum components

  • Inspect welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
Quality & Safety

  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

  • Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering and production teams

  • Troubleshoot issues and assist in resolving production challenges

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an aluminum welder or similar role

  • Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment

  • Welding certification preferred but not required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
