You clock in to a clean, organized bay and scan the day’s mix of projects: a production run of aluminum subassemblies and a one-off custom fixture. You review prints, mark weld symbols, and prep joints. You dial in your parameters—deciding between pulse MIG or a tight, controlled TIG puddle—then fit, tack, and weld. After blending and finishing, you verify bead appearance, penetration, and dimensions before moving the assembly with an overhead crane for final checks. By mid-day, you’re troubleshooting a porosity issue on a machined component, and by afternoon you’re perfecting distortion control on thin sheet. It’s hands-on, precise, and satisfying work—done with pride.
We’re hiring two welders to support a growing manufacturing team working with aluminum in both production and custom fabrication environments. We welcome candidates across the experience spectrum who have solid welding fundamentals and a drive to master aluminum fabrication.
Dependable welders who take pride in clean, accurate work. You don’t need to check every preferred box to apply—strong fundamentals, reliability, and a willingness to learn matter. We’re serious about quality and safety, and we value teammates who are too.
Competitive pay commensurate with your welding experience, skill level, and demonstrated fabrication ability.
