We're looking for a morning person who also happens to be great behind a bar — a rare and beautiful unicorn. If you can crack a beer, pour a perfect draft, and still be charming before your own second cup of coffee kicks in, keep reading.

Our Cherry Street spot isn't your average burger joint. We've got great food, a killer bar program, and a neighborhood crowd that shows up early, knows the staff by name, and stays a while. We need someone to run our AM bar shift like they own the place (they don't, but we'll make them feel like it).

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Opening the bar and making sure it's stocked, clean, and ready before the first Cherry Street regular walks in
• Slinging drinks — beer, cocktails, mimosas for the "it's basically brunch" crowd
• Remembering names, orders, and the fact that Gary always wants extra pickles
• Keeping the vibe going: good music, good conversation, zero awkward silences
• Handling cash/POS like a pro (accuracy matters, we're not running a tip jar economy here)
• Teaming up with kitchen and floor staff so orders move fast and smooth
• Following Oklahoma's responsible alcohol service laws (we like our liquor license, let's keep it)
• Restocking, prepping garnishes, and general bar upkeep so the PM crew isn't left with a mess

You Might Be Our Person If...

• You're 21+ and eligible for Oklahoma ABLE certification (or already have it — even better)
• You've bartended before and know your way around a shaker, a tap, and a POS system
• You're a morning person, or at least good at faking it convincingly
• You can multitask like it's a competitive sport
• You genuinely like people — even the ones who order something complicated at 10am
• You've got the stamina to be on your feet and "on" for a whole shift

Bonus Points For

• A signature drink you're dying to put on our menu
• The ability to make small talk feel like a highlight of someone's day
• Prior experience working brunch or breakfast service
• Already being a regular on Cherry Street (you know the neighborhood, the vibe, the traffic on 15th)
