AM Catering Shift Leader

Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented AM Catering Shift Leader to oversee the preparation and execution of our catering orders. This leader plays a key role in ensuring all catering orders are prepared accurately, packaged with care, and delivered on time while maintaining Chick-fil-A’s standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality.

Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour

Shift Availability: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (morning availability required)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and execution of all morning catering orders
• Ensure catering orders are accurate, complete, and packaged according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Coordinate with Back of House and Front of House teams to ensure timely order completion
• Maintain food safety and quality standards during preparation and packaging
• Organize catering staging areas and ensure orders are ready for pickup or delivery
• Monitor catering inventory, supplies, and packaging materials
• Support team members during busy periods to maintain operational flow
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in all catering areas

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Early morning availability required
• Previous food service or catering experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Dependable and punctual with strong accountability
