Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Conduct routine and systematic cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy across assigned storage locations, ensuring compliance with established schedules and company guidelines. * Inspect, identify, accurately document, and receive Detroit Diesel core components. * Package and prepare pass-through core materials for shipment to other distribution centers. * Complete all required daily paperwork and maintain accurate updates on production boards. * Conduct 5S audits and complete assigned daily checklists. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and suggesting process enhancements. * Use daily discomfort logs and report any sickness, injury, or safety concern immediately-regardless of severity. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through consistent housekeeping practices. * Demonstrate flexibility by moving to various work areas based on production demands. * Be available to work overtime, including weekends, as required by the production schedule. * Participate in team huddles, group projects, and one on one communications to support team alignment. * Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Minimum Requirements: * Education: High school diploma/GED * Years of Experience: 1-2 years' preferred experience * Other Qualifications: * Previous experience with core identification and strong product knowledge. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage work efficiently. * Skilled in...
