This new Clubhouse will serve as a cornerstone for members seeking excellence in hospitality, culinary innovation, and community engagement. We are a seeking reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain the pristine standards of the MAC Clayton Clubhouse.

Houseperson Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of all public and staff areas, including dining rooms, lounges, restrooms, hallways, fitness areas, locker rooms, and meeting spaces.
• Execute cleaning tasks with precision-dusting, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, glass cleaning, floor care, and waste removal.
• Ensure all areas are consistently organized, refreshed, and ready for members throughout the day.
• Restock supplies such as paper goods, soaps, linens, and cleaning products as needed.
• Clean and reset event spaces and dining areas before and after service and special functions.
• Communicate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Operations team regarding maintenance needs, supply levels, or urgent cleaning requests.
• Follow safety procedures, including proper use of chemicals, equipment, and personal protective practices.
• Uphold MAC Clayton''s elevated standards of professionalism, consistency, and presentation.

Houseperson Qualifications:

• 1+ years of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred; hotel, resort, or private club experience ideal.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, orderly environment.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a small team.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as bending, lifting, pushing carts, and extended periods of movement.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, dependable work ethic.
• Professional appearance and a commitment to supporting an elevated member experience.
