Am Kitchen cook/prep

AM Opening Kitchen position task and responsibilities:

-Arrive on time for a 4am shift

-Weekends are required

-UGA home games are required

-Ability to follow Redstone recipes, policies, and procedures

-Team player

-Able to follow written and verbal instruction

-Strong communication skills among team mates and management

-Self motivated with a sense of urgency to meet time line requirements

-Prepare breakfast per Redstone standards for a 6am opening

-Assist in lunch set up and preparing lunch menu items per Redstone standards

-Some Prep-work required

Redstone Market & Butcher has reached a year. We are a premium butcher shop that carries local flavors. We also feature a Smokehouse kitchen with the best BBQ around.
We support local businesses in Athens and carry a wide variety of Georgia grown items in our grocery department.

Salary

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
