They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
We open for service at 6:00 AM Monday through Saturday. We are seeking hard-working individuals who can assist in both Front of House and Back of House operations to help open and serve through the Breakfast and Lunch-time dayparts throughout the week, including Saturdays, throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Inventory management: receiving and storing deliveries.
- Exterior building maintenance (parking lot clean up, landscaping stewardship)
- Assist with minor equipment maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Dishwashing
- Adherence to Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures.
- Strive for product quality and consistency.
- Assist leadership in executing opening and/or closing procedures and shift operations.
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
- Maintain consistently reliable attendance and punctuality.
Requirements
- Open availability: must be available to arrive no later than 7 AM daily.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
