About the Role
As AM Pizza Prep, you'll be responsible for preparing dough, sauces, toppings, and components that power our pizza service. Your work ensures smooth execution and consistency during peak service hours.
What You'll Do
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings according to standards
Portion, label, and store ingredients properly
Assist with stretching dough and organizing pizza mise en place
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe prep area
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Communicate prep needs with chefs and kitchen leadership
What We're Looking For
Previous kitchen or pizza prep experience preferred
Attention to detail and consistency
Strong time management and organization skills
Ability to work efficiently during morning hours
