AM Server

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an AM Server to join our team. The AM Server will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals, and providing excellent customer service to our guests during the morning shift.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders.
- Answer any questions about menu items and make recommendations.
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy in order delivery.
- Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

**Work Schedule:**
This position is for the morning shift, typically starting in the early hours of the day.
