Qualified Candidates:

• 24-hour shifts
• No on-call duties
• Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance.
• Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter)
• OB Hospitalist coverage model ensures two providers are always scheduled and on-site to support continuous patient care and team collaboration.
• First assists are available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians.
• Strong, reliable back-up call system
• Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED, and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies.
• Supported by experienced operational and clinical teams to ensure your success.
