Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Amazon Connect AI Developer with strong hands-on experience building and enhancing AI-powered contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex. The ideal candidate will have experience developing AI agents within Amazon Connect, integrating LLM capabilities, and working with existing Amazon Connect/Lex implementations for Customer Care (CC), IVR, and Retail use cases.

The candidate should be highly hands-on and capable of designing, developing, integrating, testing, and supporting conversational AI agents in a production contact-center environment.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.

Experience with building AI agents within Amazon Connect.

Strong experience developing and enhancing Amazon Connect contact-center solutions.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Lex, conversational flows, intents, slots, prompts, and dialog management.

Experience building AI-powered conversational agents for IVR and customer-service use cases.

Experience working with LLM-based solutions, Generative AI, and conversational AI.

Strong understanding of Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR architecture.

Experience integrating AI agents with existing Amazon Connect/Lex implementations.

Strong programming and API integration skills using Python, Java, Node.js, or similar technologies.

Experience working with AWS services, APIs, Lambda, and event-driven architectures.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and system integrations.

Experience with troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and production support.
