Develop and maintain call flows, contact flows, IVRsolutions, routing strategies, and customer interactionworkflows. Design and implement Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)functionality. Implement skill-based routing and advanced call-routingstrategies. Develop and support live-chat and messagingcapabilities. Translate business and technical requirements intoAmazon Connect solutions. Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with businessand technical stakeholders. Review, analyze, and document contact-centerrequirements and workflows. Develop process-flow diagrams and technicaldocumentation for contact-center solutions. Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services andenterprise applications. Develop serverless components using AWS Lambda withNode.js, Python, and/or Java. Develop conversational solutions using Amazon Lex andrelated natural-language processing capabilities. Implement data streaming and analytics solutions usingAmazon Kinesis Streams. Work with AWS Glue for data processing and integration. Configure and support AWS VPC-based solutions. Develop event-driven integrations using Amazon SNS andAmazon EventBridge. Work with AWS AppSync for application and APIintegrations. Support data delivery and streaming using AmazonKinesis Data Firehose. Work with DynamoDB and DynamoDB Streams forapplication data and event processing. Utilize AWS services such as Service Catalog and KinesisData Analytics as required.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics,Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience working with large-scaleenterprise frameworks and application environments. 7+ years of experience with AWS Cloud technologies. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect. 3+ years of development experience using Node.js,Python, and/or Java. 3+ years of experience with call-routing and messagingtechnologies. Hands-on experience with IVR and ACD solutions. Experience with skill-based routing. Experience developing or supporting live-chat solutions. Experience with AWS Lambda.
