We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise cloud contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building Contact Flows, Amazon Lex voice bots, Outbound Campaigns, Customer Profiles, and integrating Amazon Connect with enterprise applications.
Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect Contact Flows and reusable Flow Modules.
Build and support Amazon Connect Outbound Campaigns.
Configure Customer Profiles for personalized customer experiences.
Design, develop, and monitor Amazon Lex voice bots.
Configure Routing Profiles, Queues, Skill-Based Routing, and Hours of Operation.
Develop AWS Lambda integrations with backend systems, REST APIs, DynamoDB, and CRM platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot Amazon Connect using CloudWatch and Contact Lens.
Optimize IVR performance, routing logic, and customer experience.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable contact center solutions.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (or comparable CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, NICE, or Five9).
