Introduction

We are seeking a skilled specialist to join our team, focusing on the configuration and administration of telephony systems and AWS Connect. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our communication networks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in Telephony Systems configuration, including Avaya Call Manager, System Manager, and Voicemail Systems.
  • Experience with NICE Uptivity Call Recording, TASKE Reporting, Cisco, Secure Telephone, and Video Communications.
  • Advanced understanding of technical and functional aspects of Avaya PBX systems.
  • AWS Connect configuration and administration.
  • Ability to establish communication systems by programming Voice and Data Telecommunications network Circuits and equipment.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Telecommunications Architecture.
  • Experience in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder communication, and system troubleshooting abilities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain voice and data networks by programming features, establishing interfaces and integrations, and activating remote access tools.
  • Verify service by testing and reprogramming circuits, equipment, and alarms, identifying and correcting problems, and conferring with engineers.
  • Document Telecom network by recording configuration diagrams and programming.
  • Administer Avaya phone systems, Call Vector Designing, testing, problem-solving, and voice mail system.
  • Complete and support Service Desk escalations for Voice Adds, Moves, and Changes in Avaya, Uptivity, TASKE, AWS Connect.
