Amazon Content & SEO Manager

Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Amazon Content & SEO Manager to elevate the presence of our beauty brands on Amazon through best-in-class product content and search optimization. This role is responsible for ensuring our listings drive discovery, conversion, and brand loyalty through compelling, keyword-rich content.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Amazon product listings across all ASINs, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images, and other content elements.
• Develop and execute Amazon SEO strategies to improve organic search ranking, product discoverability, traffic, and conversion.
• Conduct keyword research using Amazon Brand Analytics and tools such as Helium 10 to identify search and content opportunities.
• Lead the creation and continuous optimization of A+ Content, Brand Store pages, and other enhanced Brand Content
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity
• Monitor and analyze key content and SEO performance metrics, including organic rankings, CTR, conversion rate, and BSR, and translate insights into optimization actions.
• Monitor listing content compliance, and suppression issues, and proactively resolve issues to maintain strong digital shelf performance
• Support new product launches and key seasonal initiatives with fully optimized listings, while staying current on Amazon algorithms changes, content requirements, and SEO best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Amazon content management and SEO optimization, digital merchandising, or marketplace management.
• Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, search ranking, and conversion optimization
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write compelling, keyword-integrated product content
• Ability to balance brand storytelling with SEO and conversion objectives
• Hands-on experience creating A+ Content and managing Amazon Brand Stores, with proficiency in keyword research tools such as Helium 10 or MerchantWords.
• Experience in beauty, personal care, or CPG category preferred

The anticipated compensation range is

69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
