Positive attitude, teachable, professional, and goal oriented
Strong time management skills with staying on pace with required stops per hour, and make real-time adjustments
Troubleshoot and navigate complex delivery situations, including access issues, apartment layouts, multi-location stops, customer instructions, and address discrepancies
Strong attention to safety, detail, and delivery quality procedures
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
Thrive working in fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision
Ability to lift, carry, pull, bend, twist, walk, climb stairs, and remain active and up to 85 lbs for the entirety of the route without issue.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Compensation & Benefits
$21.25/hr base pay + ability to earn weekly safety and delivery quality bonus: $30–$140
