Are you an eCommerce or web-based sales analyst? Do you have experience driving, analyzing, and executing data decisions on Amazon for your company or other companies? Please, read on!

This is a position for an eCommerce account manager who can work in an entrepreneurial environment. The right candidate must be a self-starter and highly motivated with ability to multi-task and stay organized. This would be a great opportunity for a business minded data analyst as the skills to analyze, crunch, and report on data is tantamount to success. You will be responsible for the day to day management of online marketplace accounts which will include Amazon, with possibility for more in the future (ex. Walmart, Jet, Wayfair, eBay, etc.). Bonus points if you have experience running Amazon 3P and/or 1P accounts, including using all the seller central demand generation techniques.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify sales growth opportunities
• Focus on both promotional and POS data trends
• Closely monitor sales trends and competition positions
• Closely monitor amount spent on advertisements
• Closely monitor the return on investment for advertisement spending
• Analyze purchase orders, demographic orders, seasonal sales, lost sales, etc.
• Review inventory levels, third party sellers and retail dips on a regular basis
• Review sales history to determine productivity trends
• Help improve sales processes
• Account setup and on-boarding for customers
• Help analyze and Execute digital marketing campaigns on Amazon, including Amazon SEO, AMS advertising (headline, product and display) 
• Manage multiple Amazon accounts/products
• Upload and Maintain product listings on Amazon and other selling channels
• Manage the day to day responsibilities for all aspects of Amazon, including inventory management, compliance reporting and performance reporting
• Monitoring performance ratings on all sales channels
• Conducting competitor analysis and creating marketing strategies such as top keyword analysis to drive product sales on Amazon
• Help and influence the writing of detailed, rich and concise copy for current and new products as needed
• Actively monitor all marketplaces daily for accuracy
• Increase listing ranking and visibility/traffic through marketplace tools and promotions
• Creating excel reporting for sales, inventory, profit, etc.
• Perform all other office tasks and responsibilities as requested

Experiences and Qualifications required:

• Experience managing multiple Amazon accounts on Seller Central or similar 1-3 years
• Preferred experience would be handling products in Manufacturing/Distribution
• Experience/familiarity with most popular online marketplaces
• Experience with Amazon Marketing Services 1-3 years
• Understanding and ability to navigate Amazon’s systems with the know how to help resolve any Amazon.com issues
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in online digital marketing and managing related channels
• eCommerce experience B2C
• Strong excel skills with ability to create reporting and analysis
• Strong analytical skills and comfort level working with data
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated to perform tasks on a timely manner
• Highly accurate and organized and self-directed

Additional requirements:

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Master’s degree in business or related fields is great as well.
• Minimum 3- 5 years’ sales eCommerce management.
• Marketing experience is a plus
• Demonstrated computer competencies with proficiency in Excel (math functions and spreadsheets) and Word. Web based vendor portals Ability to create a vision and strategy providing decisive leadership to a senior management team and within the peer group Highly effective communicator with superior verbal and writing skills; and be a team player and builder
