Overview
Execute and optimize Amazon Retail Search and DSP campaigns for the U.S. Fem Care business, driving performance against brand, category, and retail objectives through data-driven media activation and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities

• Execute Amazon Retail Search and DSP campaigns aligned with category, brand, and retail business goals.
• Manage day-to-day campaign activation, including budget pacing, bid management, targeting, keyword strategy, and ad placements.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rate, share of shelf, incremental sales, and overall media performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results using Amazon advertising platforms, dashboards, and internal reporting tools.
• Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across keywords, products, audiences, and campaign performance.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Retail Media Trading.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon Retail Media campaigns, including Sponsored Ads and DSP.
• Experience optimizing campaigns using performance metrics such as ROAS, conversion rate, and sales lift.
• Proficiency with campaign reporting, performance analysis, and bid optimization strategies.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced retail or consumer products environment.
