The Epic Application Analyst understands system build and functionality, ability to analyze and understand business workflows and the knowledge to make solution recommendations that meet organizational goals. The primary responsibilities of an Epic Application Analyst are to collaborate with end users of the system to evaluate, design, build, test, train, implement within Epic and other third-party solutions. The Epic Application Analyst demonstrates excellent customer service performance in in that his/her attitude and actions are at all times consistent with the standards contained in the Vision, Mission and Values of Covenant, and the commitment to Extraordinary Care for Every Generation.
Responsibilities:EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Associate’s degree required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3 years Healthcare, IT or finance/account receivable experience required. Specific experience in the operational area for Epic application preferred.
In lieu of Associate’s degree, a minimum of two (2) years Healthcare, IT or finance/account receivable experience in field required and willing to obtain an Associate’s degree within three (3) years.
Must become and maintain Vendor certification in specified application within 6-months of attending first Vendor course.
