Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse:

• Handles phone triage, care coordination, lab draws, EKGs, etc.
• Manages refills
• Provides patient education
• Develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines.
