Were looking for an experienced Surgical Center Administrator to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure surgical efficiency and regulatory excellence in our outpatient surgery center. Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Staffing - You'll spend 25% of your time on this responsibility:
- Ensure daily surgical and staff schedules are fully covered.
- Manage per diem staffing, anesthesiologists, and last-minute gaps.
- Reduce turnover times and improve patient throughput.
- Communicate effectively with surgeons, staff, and vendors.
Leadership & Team Development - You'll spend 25% of your time on this responsibility:
- Be the visible leader supporting operating room flow and team morale.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and annual evaluations.
- Address staff needs and maintain a culture of high standards.
- Host monthly staff meetings and drive compliance.
Administrative & Compliance Oversight - You'll spend 50% of your time on this responsibility:
- Maintain credentials, licensing, and compliance files.
- Oversee contracts for medical equipment, HVAC, oxygen, etc.
- Manage payroll and time cards for hourly and salaried staff.
- Ensure regulatory training is completed and documented.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in healthcare or surgical center management.
- Knowledge of compliance, payroll, insurance verification, and billing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; Healthcare Admin or Business preferred.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
