- Certification as a Nurse Anesthetist by the AANA Council on Certification or eligible for certification
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the Board of Nursing
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and NALS
- Current Credentials / Reappointment per Iredell Health System Bylaws
