    We are currently searching for an ASC Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Mallard Creek Ambulatory Surgery Center location. 

    40 hoursa week, normally within the hour structure 5:00am-7:30pm. Ambulatory experienceis preferred. OR Circulator experience is.

    TheASC Registered Nurse (RN)willexemplify our organization’s values of Quality, Teamwork,Serviceand Community.Demonstratedtechnicalexpertisein orthopedic peri-operative nursing and clinical care.This individualwillisalsoberesponsible for the coordination of the telephone pre-admission assessment process for patients in the ASC environment.

    Essential Functions:

    • The RNis able tofunction as a team member in an ASC environment through cross-training to other primary areas including but not limited toassistingwith turnover, and all other aspects of day-to-day ASC operations.

    • Responsible for the coordination of the telephone pre-admission assessment process for patients in the ASC environment.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Experience in delivering excellent service to physicians and patients andparticipatingin high-performing teams

    • Theability tofunction as a team member in an ASC environment through cross-training to other primary areas including but not limited toassistingwith turnover, and all other aspects of day-to-day ASC operations

    Qualifications:

    • Graduateofan accredited school of Nursing,Collegeor University.

    • Current License/registration by NC as a registered Nurse.  

    • At least two years’ experience ineitherambulatoryexperiencerequired. OR experience. 

    • BLS,ACLSand PALS certifications.
