Join us and build a career that matters!Position Overview:The Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Engagement Operations Team Product Owner (PO) will work as a member of the Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office (PO). The PO will be responsible for prioritizing and validating the development software for the Engagement Operations team. The position will include reviewing and understanding Systems Engineering concepts, designs, and algorithms and providing guidance to the development team. The product owner will work with Program management to set priorities for the team's capabilities and defects for each product increment and sprint. The position will include technical briefings and advisement to leadership on status and recommended courses of action, competing capabilities, performance, risks, and impacts to the IFMC mission.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in engineering, the sciences, or mathematics A minimum of 10 years combined Government/DoD experience in performing the essential duties listed aboveUnderstanding of Engagement Operations (EO) concepts, including engagement planning/scheduling, threat evaluation, target selection, battlespace prediction, and sensor resource management.Capable of providing oversight to EO Software development team and verify the team's work based on agreed-upon acceptance criteria.Ability to work directly with the Agile software developers.Be fluent in the Microsoft Office toolsetPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge in IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, or AEGIS.Familiarity with current EO measures in one or more of the DoD servicesPrior Product Owner experience on a SCRUM team is a plus.Clearance: U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret ClearanceKODA Technologies Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, pregnancy, status as a parent, national origin, disability (physical or mental), family medical history or genetic information, political affiliation, military service, or other non-merit based factors.
