Cleaning windows to a spotless shine
Power washing homes, driveways, patios, decks, and fences
Safely clearing gutters using ladders and proper safety gear
Installing Christmas lights with professionalism (seasonal)
Driving to job sites, maintaining equipment, and following safety standards
Delivering 5-star experiences and treating every property like your own

Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Are a U.S. citizen or legal resident with a clean criminal background
Are drug-free, smoke-free, and hold yourself professionally
Can lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and work safely at heights

What happens after you apply (please read)
We require a few quick follow-up steps for applicants whose forms pass the first review. Please watch your email and phone after applying — if selected for phase two you will be asked to complete both steps below within 72 hours of our request:
Short video questions — brief recorded responses to standard questions about availability, experience, and safety.
Live skills/fit check — either an in-person interview with a short hands-on skills check or a ride-along/field evaluation. This is where we verify safe ladder work, lifting ability, and basic equipment handling.
If you don’t complete these steps, we’ll move forward with other applicants. These steps are brief, help us move quickly, and make sure you get a timely decision.

Starting pay $18/hour after first 2 weeks of training.
