  • Aggregate logistics insights across the Americas to influence decisions that optimize cost, speed, and losses.
  • Lead process and system improvements backed by data analysis.
  • Build measurement frameworks that drive corrective action and improve the customer and operational experience.
  • Drive standardization of team deliverables and reporting.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional teams from concept to implementation and to resolve business or systems issues. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 3 or more years of experience in advanced analytics or relevant operations, with a track record of solving complex business problems with data. Proficient in analyzing large, complex datasets from multiple sources using SQL/Python for data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation. A keen eye for design and proven ability to tell compelling stories using data visualization tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Power BI. Strong curiosity for understanding business needs and translating them into tangible analytical outputs, with a foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts to help guide the development of innovative, technology-driven solutions. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to influence peers and gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations. Extensive experience in reporting, data mining, and ad hoc analytics tools, adept at working with large quantities of data from a variety of sources; advanced Excel skills including macros. Ability to articulate complex AI/ML concepts in business terms, tell a story that highlights key insights, and present analysis effectively to senior leadership. Aptitude to synthesize quantitative and qualitative signals, rapidly understand complex business processes, and think strategically to execute operational strategies that produce measurable improvement. Demonstrated collaboration, leadership, and influencing skills, with comfort operating in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment; process improvement experience such as Six Sigma or BPI is a plus.
