Join our dynamic team in a virtual role based in California, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring the effective use and optimization of the ServiceNow platform to support business operations and drive organizational success.

What You'll Do

  • Configure, customize, and administer the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs.
  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and reports.
  • Oversee integration with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes within ServiceNow.
  • Maintain and enhance the service catalog, ensuring services are well-defined and accessible.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage relationships with ServiceNow vendors and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

  • US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of processes, procedures, scripting, and systems.
  • Strong technical skills in ServiceNow administration and system integration.
  • Experience with FedRAMP requirements and guidelines.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Preferences

  • Experience with information security principles and standards (e.g., NIST SP 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, FISMA).
  • Experience working with government contracts and compliance standards.
  • Understanding of risk management methodologies.
  • Experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Agile methodology practitioner.
