Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage software-defined storage platforms within Kubernetes environments.
• Evaluate and prototype SDS technologies; contribute to platform selection and architecture decisions.
• Automate deployment, upgrades, and operations using scripting and infrastructure tools.
• Develop monitoring dashboards, alerting strategies, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with various teams on integration and hardening efforts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex storage and infrastructure issues in production.

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on experience in storage or infrastructure engineering.
• Proven experience with distributed or large-scale storage systems.
• Strong skills in software-defined storage deployment and operations.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes storage infrastructure deployment.
• Experience in scripting and automation for infrastructure tasks.
• Linux systems administration expertise.
• Understanding of distributed systems architecture.

Preferences

• Experience with S3-compatible object storage protocols.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Knowledge of security concepts relevant to storage.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Background in supporting large-scale production environments.
