COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $38.85/hour starting pay

• $2.00/hour shift differential

• $0.50/hour raise after 6 months and an additional $0.50/hour raise after 1 year

• Annual merit increase every April

• Hours/shift:1st and 2nd Shift

• Employment type: Direct Hire

ROLE IMPACT

Support safe, reliable plant operations by maintaining ammonia refrigeration, boiler, and industrial refrigeration systems in a manufacturing environment. Success in this role means keeping critical utility systems operating effectively, identifying equipment issues, and supporting dependable production operations.

KEY DUTIES

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and support maintenance of industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.

• Monitor and maintain boiler equipment and related plant utility systems.

• Troubleshoot refrigeration equipment and identify operating or mechanical issues that could affect production.

• Perform preventative maintenance and support reliable operation of critical facility equipment.

• Follow established safety, maintenance, and operating procedures while documenting equipment issues and completed work.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Ammonia certification.

• Boiler operation and maintenance experience.

• Industrial refrigeration experience, including ammonia refrigeration systems.

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.

• Boiler and plant utility equipment.

• Refrigeration equipment and associated mechanical systems.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Preventative maintenance and industrial equipment troubleshooting experience.

• Experience supporting refrigeration and utility systems in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong safety awareness and equipment reliability mindset.
