Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced and technically driven Senior NDT Engineer to join our Advanced Manufacturing & Repair Technology (AMRT) - Inspection Technology Process Development team based in Greenville, SC. In this role, you will serve as a senior-level technical authority and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Non-Destructive Testing, leading the design, development, validation and deployment of advanced NDT inspection technologies in support of Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, and Generator product lines.
You will collaborate with global engineering, manufacturing, repair, and field service teams across GE Vernova''s international network - bringing technically sound, field-proven inspection solutions to both domestic and worldwide operations. This role demands a seasoned NDT engineer capable of working independently, leading technical initiatives, and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
You will serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving innovation from concept through implementation - including probe design, technique development, process documentation, process validation, and operator qualification.
This is a highly technical and collaborative role for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering rigor and hands-on problem solving.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $113,200.00 and $188,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
