4 - 5 days per week, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
18 - 22 patients per day
Chronic disease management, acute, preventive, and mental health visits
Focus on opioid use disorder treatment and SUD
Comfortable prescribing controlled substances required
Minor procedures experience preferred
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
