Job Overview:
Pay Range $83.70hr - $88.70hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong expertise in analog and mixed-signal circuit design fundamentals.
- Experience with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and related simulation environments.
- Solid understanding of CMOS device physics, analog design tradeoffs, and low-power circuit techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive design activities from specification through silicon validation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog/mixed signals circuits including LDOs, Charge Pumps, Voltage Detectors, and related power management IP.
- Perform transistor-level design, simulation, and optimization across PVT corners to meet performance, power, and reliability requirements.
- Execute pre-layout and post-layout verification, including stability, noise, PSRR, transient, and corner analyses.
- Collaborate with layout, verification, and product engineering teams to ensure successful tapeout and silicon validation.
- Support silicon bring-up, characterization, debug, and correlation of simulation results with measured silicon data.
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing LDOs, Charge Pumps, Voltage Detectors, Bandgap References, and Power-On Reset (POR) circuits.
- Strong understanding of loop stability, compensation techniques, PSRR, line/load regulation, and transient response.
- Experience with silicon characterization, debug, and production support.
- Familiarity with advanced CMOS process technologies and reliability considerations.
- Exposure to AI-assisted design optimization or analog design automation techniques.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design within the semiconductor industry preferred.
- Proven track record of successful silicon bring-up and product development is a plus.
