SUMMARY
The Analysis Manager will lead and scale a high-performing analysis team responsible for structural and dynamic evaluation of metallic mechanisms and integrated assemblies. This role sits at the intersection of execution and strategy-owning delivery across active programs, shaping competitive proposals, and building the next generation of analysis capability. You will define efficient, repeatable workflows, elevate technical rigor, and ensure alignment between analysis, design, and manufacturing. The position requires strong technical judgment, the ability to scope and prioritize ambiguous work, and comfort operating in a matrixed environment with cross-functional stakeholders. As the organization expands into CFD and aerothermal domains and deploys new HPC infrastructure, you will play a central role in maturing tools, processes, and team capability while developing analysts into a scalable, execution-focused organization. The Analysis Manager will report to the Director of Engineering.
