These sites support 24/7 production of highly specialized technology components used across multiple industries. The campuses include clean-room environments, engineering labs, and high-volume production lines that require a diverse, skilled workforce.
Job Summary
We are seeking Analysis Technology Operations Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the quality of the FAB utilities and wafer environments to achieve the highest quality products. The scope of AT is very wide and includes monitoring environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, particle levels, airborne molecular contamination, and trace elemental contamination. AT also works with departments GCS (Gas and Chemical Systems), WTR (Water), and Unit Parts to monitor the quality of incoming utilities and wafer processing equipment for contamination as well as MFG (manufacturing) to help control FOUP quality.
Job Description
AT Operations will be responsible for the following:
- Collecting environmental data, assisting engineering with tool move in and set-up, performing qualification of incoming production tools.
- Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set-up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures.
- Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments on products, instruments, equipment, or processes.
- Monitor and respond to out-of-spec conditions in the FAB, preform manual data collection to determine the FAB’s health to certify the clean room environment, and qualify new tools after installation and prior to its release to production.
- Required to comply with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.
- Work in all areas of the facility including plenum, FSF (facilities sub-FAB), CSF (Clean sub FAB), chemical rooms, and polish rooms 40% of time walking throughout the facility (5-6 miles per day).

Expectations:
- Working at elevated heights, including rooftop access and elevated platforms.
- Climbing ladders and navigating facility infrastructure to access monitoring and equipment locations.
- Lifting and carrying materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Extensive walking throughout the facility, averaging approximately 5–6 miles per shift.
- Working in semiconductor manufacturing and cleanroom environments require specialized PPE and contamination control procedures.
- Exposure to industrial facility environments, including sub-FAB areas, utility spaces, and chemical support areas.
- Potential work around manufacturing equipment, utility systems, and chemical delivery systems while following all lockout/tagout and safety protocols.
- Participation in fall protection training and compliance with fall protection requirements when working at heights.
- Compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and site-specific operational procedures.
Education/Training/Certifications
- Associates degree or other technical certificate, 6 years equivalent technical Military service or 6 years of Semiconductor experience preferred.

Pay rate
- $25-29 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
