Student-Centered
Access and Disability Resources values students above everything else that we stand for. We offer direct-to-student assistance, and we strive to meet learners where they are, to tackle barriers together.

Universal Design-Driven
Our mission is to move accessibility "upstream" by equipping faculty and staff with the right tools and workflows to design smarter, universally accessible systems, reducing the need for retrofitted remediation and building an environment that works for everyone by design.

Connection-Oriented
Change is achieved through connection. We listen to the individual, and we foster teamwork. We exemplify a culture of caring through our actions. We share the load to make sure inaccessibility is not solely the burden of our most-susceptible community members. We customize service to the individual who needs disability accommodation support, while also collaborating in improvements to systems that secure an unencumbered path forward.
