Job Opportunity

RTX Corporation has a great opportunity for a candidate to fulfill a role within the Enterprise Services (ES) Finance organization. ES spans multiple financial areas and candidates will have an opportunity to be considered as an Analyst within our Orders to Cash (OTC) group.

About the Role

The OTC department seeks to maximize cash performance from point of contract award through final invoicing for RTXs main business units. As a government contractor, you will be utilizing SAP software and adhering to government accounting standards to recognize, and record awarded contracts.

As part of our Cash Applications Team your responsibilities would include:

• Reconciling payment receipts against outstanding invoices for cash application. • Reconcile bank statements to general ledger. • Maintain regular contact with Collections and Financial Planning & Analysis for cash forecasting and updates. • Follow-up with external customer payment offices for status and payment resolutions.

Qualifications

You Must Have:

• This role typically requires a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, and 1+ year of relevant applicable experience ideally gained in a corporate setting. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, ability to work well as part of a team. • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and look up functions, including formulas and functions and to produce and modify Microsoft Power Point presentations. • Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines while working in a schedule driven environment. • Demonstrated ability to self-manage, working both independently and in a team environment to achieve goals and manage assigned workload.

We Prefer

• Experience in financial settings working with numbers, data sets, or computations. • Relevant prior work experience. • Ability to support multiple time zones.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
