The Asset Management Analyst will report directly to the Director of Finance and play a critical role in supporting the financial and operational performance of a commercial real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will partner with third-party property management and leasing teams to maximise asset value and support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate asset performance and investment opportunities
Review monthly, quarterly, and annual property financial statements, identifying trends and performance drivers
Conduct variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, providing actionable recommendations
Monitor key asset performance metrics including Net Operating Income, occupancy, leasing activity, debt service coverage, and loan-to-value ratios
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditure tracking, and business plan execution
Partner with third-party property management firms to review operating performance and ensure budget adherence
Prepare executive-level reporting, asset reviews, valuation analyses, and strategic recommendations

For the Asset Management Analyst we are seeking:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
2-4 years of experience in asset management, commercial real estate, financial analysis, or real estate accounting
Strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals and performance metrics
Advanced Excel skills with experience building and maintaining complex financial models
Experience reviewing property-level financial reporting and budgets
Exposure to commercial property sectors such as office, industrial, retail, or multifamily preferred
Experience working with third-party property management companies is highly desirable
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
