We'relookingforanAnalyst,BenefitsAdvisory to join our team. In this role, you'll help evaluate employee benefits solutionsthatarecompetitive,cost-effective,andcompliantwithrelevantrequirements.You'llworkcloselywithclientsandinternalteamstogatherinformation,analyzedata,andprovideinsightsthatsupportinformeddecisions.

How you'll make an impact:
- Request,organize,andanalyzeclientdata.
- Serveasakeyanalyticalcontactforclientsandinternalstakeholders.
- Researchbenefits-relatedtopicsandsummarizefindingsforaccountmanagementteams.
- Preparereports,analyses,andpresentationsforbothinternalandclientuse.
- Maintainandupdateimportantclientandteamdocuments.
- Reviewdataforaccuracyandidentifytrends,opportunities,andpotentialconcerns.
- Supporttheevaluationofbenefitsprogramsandsolutionsforclientsandprospects.
- Documentdatasources,methodologies,andassumptionssootherscaneasilyunderstandyourwork.
- Helpcreateacollaborativeteamenvironmentbuiltonintegrity,respect,service,andaccountability.
- Managemultipleprojectsandprioritieswhilemeetingdeadlines.
About you:
Required:
- Bachelors degree
- Understanding of the key challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends
- Excellent client relationship-building and presentation skills.
- Preference of 1-2 years of analytic experience
Preferred:
- 5 years related experience
- 2-3 years brokerage/agency experience preferred.
