Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst I with strong Excel and data management skills to support business operations, reporting, SAP data cleanup initiatives, and process documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with data, spreadsheets, reporting, and administrative business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, compile, and analyze data from databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Maintain records, tracking logs, and operational files.
  • Execute Excel macros for transaction processing and reporting activities.
  • Perform system updates, status changes, and maintenance plan deactivations.
  • Support vehicle remarketing and sales item processing activities.
  • Create, review, and update work instructions, SOPs, and job aids.
  • Participate in SAP data cleanup and data quality initiatives.
  • Process role mapping and user access requests.
  • Generate and distribute operational and labor reports using Excel.
  • Maintain toll account records and ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Macros, Formulas, Data Analysis, Reporting).
  • Experience working with large datasets, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience creating process documentation and work instructions.
  • Knowledge of data cleanup, reporting, and operational support functions.

Education & Experience

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 0 3 years of relevant business analysis, reporting, data analysis, or operational support experience.
