Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Riverwoods, IL - Hybrid
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Pay Rate: $45 - $50/hr on w2 - without benefits

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on Sales and Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of business processes, reporting, and analytics
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining Salesforce reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Experience in configuring and optimizing Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and security permissions
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with data modeling and data quality controls
- Ability to perform data cleansing and develop data quality controls
- Familiarity with integrating Salesforce data with external systems for comprehensive reporting
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce reporting solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document user stories
- Onboard and train end users on new and updated reports and dashboards
