Overview
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support development initiatives by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for enterprise applications. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with developers throughout implementation and support testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance activities.
- Review system designs and assist with end-user training when needed.
- Build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of IT business analysis experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Microsoft Visio and SharePoint is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
