Required Education

  • OR related field

• 4 years of relevant work experience

• 2 years of relevant experience + Associate's degree in a related field

Required Experience

• Minimum 4 years of IT Business Analysis experience

Role Overview

The BSA II is a critical role supporting development/coding teams, responsible for:

• Requirements analysis
• Solution design
• Validation of integrated workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Define customer needs in both technical and business contexts
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives
• Support planning and prioritization of business-related activities
• Collaborate with development teams on workflow integration

Day-to-Day Activities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Validate system functionality against requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams
• Support agile delivery and project lifecycle activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Visio
  • Microsoft Excel
• Experience with:
  • Agile & Waterfall methodologies
  • Healthcare domain ( Medicare/Medicaid preferred)
  • API / Automated Processing Systems integration
  • AWS / Cloud platforms
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
  • AI tools (automation, analytics, decision support)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Business processes and IT alignment
  • System design and workflows
• Ability to:
  • Communicate complex concepts to technical & non-technical stakeholders
  • Analyze, interpret, and document requirements
  • Review test plans, project plans, and design documents

Certifications (Required One of the Following Active)

• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
• A-CSPO
• PMI-ACP
• CSP-PO

Highly Preferred Certifications

• SAFe Scaled Agile Certification
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
• Evidence of continuous learning in Business Analysis
