What You Will Do
We are looking for a highly collaborative, results-oriented person to join the team as Analyst, Category Management. Your primary responsibility will be to provide category management and insight support across the entire Chomps portfolio of products within assigned key accounts and sales channels. In this role, you will collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to support the execution of growth strategies across our customers aligned to category growth goals and total company objectives. You will make an impact by helping align with sales and retailer partners to identify win-win opportunities between Chomps and assigned retail partners. The Analyst, Category Management is passionate about analytics and storytelling, turning insights into compelling narratives that elevate customer partnerships.
Responsibilities
Who You Are
Bachelor''s degree in a related field.
1+ years of experience in category management, CPG analytics, and/or account management.
Prior industry experience in food, CPG, and/or grocery/natural is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of secondary and syndicated data sources (Nielsen, Spins, IRI, Numerator, 84.51, etc.), loyalty card and shopper panel metrics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and visual selling content.
Strong communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently communicate insights and recommendations to external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize a high volume of requests and projects.
