Job Description
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Lean Portfolio Management, or Project Management with proven
- record of accomplishment in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap
- * Experience in Payments and/or Digital Banking is preferred but not required
- * In depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes
- * Proven record of accomplishment managing large, complex products with multiple partners
- * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and
- externally
- * Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams in a global organization
- * Ability to predict and identify risks/opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries
- * Excellent written & verbal communication
- * Problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- * Knowledge of financial services industry, banking industry, and associated products is a plus
- * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing is highly
- preferred
